Content: Hello, I purchased a "Autoradio Carplay et Android Auto sans Fil: Ecran Tactile Portable 7 Pouces pour Voiture avec Miroir Link - Ecran Carplay avec Commande par Assistant Vocal/AUX/TF/Bluetooth pour Tous Les Vehicules" with amazon. I had an issie with the mic at the very begging which was not to impacting as I was not usi'g the calls. But just now the charging cable snapped. The wires are not connected anymore, therefore the sceeen is not woeking anymore. I have a 2 years warranty. Is it possible to repare or return the product? Thank you for your help

Content: I just cange the red and yellow wire (i know this isn't the problem) but the sound has the same cuts only happen with Google Maps or TomTom , and the audios from WhatsApp messages... The music from USB or from my mobile sonds well. Please, help me

El dispositivo lleva un cable llamado "key" y conecto directamente el único cable que viene desde el volante a este cable (cable key) y el funcionamiento no es el correcto. Solo deja configurar una función por ejemplo, subir volumen y todos los botones del volante realizan esta función. ¿Como puedo resolver eso? ¿Hace falta un canbus? Un saludo.
