Content: Dear Amazon Customer Service,I recently received the item but unfortunately, it is not functioning as described in the product listing.Specifically, the product has the following issues:Here are the main issues I’ve encountered: • The device does not connect to Bluetooth at all. • The touchscreen buttons are slow and unresponsive, making it difficult to use. • Overall, the device is very slow and performs poorly, which is far from what was described in the product listing.Given these problems, I kindly request a partial refund or an alternative solution.
