Content: Order No. 405-4967991-4076353I am experiencing a serious issue with this product.The unit is defective. While I am driving, it randomly restarts, causing me to lose both GPS navigation and music. The screen goes completely black, and after that I cannot restart the device unless I turn the car off and on again.I am also having serious problems with the rotary control knob, as it does not work consistently and often fails to respond.The most frustrating issue, however, is that the device is extremely unreliable. Some days it works perfectly without any problems, while on other days it constantly malfunctions.The installation has been carried out correctly, so this is not an installation issue. The problem occurs when using wireless CarPlay.Given these serious defects, I believe the product is faulty and I would like an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a full refund.
