Content: Hi. I've purchased your item on Amazon, Model number 787564595233 on December. Until everything was ok and it worked perfectly, but abruptly it stopped syncing with the car's audio system. So it connects with my IPhone, but the music simply doesn't play. Your instructions manual doesn´t say anything useful about this and I can't get it to reset. Can you please help me? Content: Hi, I´ve bought the item, 1 DIN Car Radio with Carplay and Android Wireless Auto - 7 Inch Touch Screen, Bluetooth Stereo Player Support Mirror Link for iOS/Android with Backup Camera, by Amazon Spain but the item doesn´t memorize radio stations, or other settings like sound or colors on display. An automotive electrician, checked the car cables and they were with power even after the car and radio is turned off, but after that when turned on again the radio is on factory settings again. Can you help solving the problem?
