Content: Hello,I purchased your XINROAM 1 DIN Car Radio with Wireless CarPlay and I am very happy with the unit overall, however I am experiencing an issue with CarPlay connectivity.Both wired and wireless CarPlay disconnect randomly during use and then reconnect. I have tried multiple cables, reset the pairing, and tested in different conditions but the issue persists.I would like to ask if there is a firmware update available for my unit that might resolve this issue. My current firmware details are:- Version: V002.03.13.003.003.26- Info: ZCD7125-5G-6956-MIPI-LT-AM- MCU: V22684.76- Date: 2026.03.13If a firmware update is not available, I would like to discuss other options including replacement or refund under EU consumer guarantee law.Thank you for your help,Rodrigo

Content: Bonjour, j’ai installé le boîtier il y a 2 jours il fonctionne parfaitement moteur allumé et à l’arrêt. Cependant lorsque je commence à rouler l’écran affiche « no signal » en cherchant une vidéo, comment puis je éviter cela s’il vous plait ? Cordialement
